How is your comedy selected for screening on TV?

All users of Mash Pit Comedy help determine the popularity of comedy on the site by watching videos, making comments, giving a video their adoring love, downloading, mashing, talking about, sharing, shouting from the rooftops, LOLing, sending us pizza, cupcakes, cheese scones and other tasty bribes, dancing like a demon in the lounge with the blinds pulled and embedding the videos on other sites. There’s no one way of voting for a clip to push it up the popularity ranks. It’s the entire behaviour of the Mash Pit Comedy viewing audience that creates the popularity score. The MOST POPULAR video list shows you what is currently smokin’ hot comedy, what’s been most popular this week, this month, or over the entire lifetime of the site.

Standing-by we have a select group of comedy connoisseurs who will monitor the most popular clips on the site and pick those to appear in the Mash Pit Comedy TV show. Initially there’ll be 4 x half-hour episodes in the series. There may be more. See how we go.
